when u straighten ur hair with hair straightners straighten up into the air rather than downwards, and use hairspray soon as ur donw to hold it.

She mostly has volume because she has a lot of short layers on the top. But you can't just wake up and magically have volume, you have to blowdry, use products, and a little teasing/back combing always helps.
