i have been told a few different things from different people and doctors. One thing you can try is baby oil. Put it on, leave it there for an hour and then use either a fine tooth baby comb or a baby brush (in circular motions if using the brush) to get it out. I have aslo been told to use head and shoulders..a very smallamount leave it on for about 1 minutes then rinse using one of the comb or brush. Hope one of these works for you. I actually found the baby oil works a tad bit better.
