How and what should I do to grow my hair 6 inches longer than what it is now?

I have medium length, black hair...Im from the carribean, and I would love to grow out my hair for about 2 years..I barely comb my hair, but I just did yesterday, because it's been about a month since I had not combed it..some hair came out, but I'm convinced that, that is the norm. I don't wash my hair often either..I wet it than condition it, rinse, braid while wet, air dry, unbraid and leave it alone..I use garnier fructis sleek and shine serum and leave-in conditioner..that's all..and I take my vitamins, eat healthy, exercise, drink water, and massage my scalp...Any suggestions from any island woman who has long and thick hair?

The ultimate truth is that for hair to grow longer, we have to eat healthy, exercise adequately, reduce stress and most important sleep well. Include B-complex, B6, and vitamin C, E to make up for any deficiencies. To Know more about your hair http://tipsfromruby-hairgrow.blogspot.co... will help you.

Nothing really that you can do.. your hair follicles will work whenever they want to, and their growth is governed by genetics.
