my mom is very sick and she blacksout usually when she is combing her hair or blow drying her hair. Or when shes stressed. sometimes she will black out anywhere at any given moment. No she is not a drunk. On top of that she has a spinal fusion and pacemaker, which CANNOT be good when she falls in any position. Can anyone help me?

you should have catscans done to check for any tumors or clotting in the brain, i have a similar issue. i ahve unexplained blkackouts associated with dizzyness, lightheadedness, and shaking, almost seizure like.....unfortunately catscans in my case were no help but my doctor advised me that that is the first thing that need to be done in someone that experiences blackouts of anykind. hope it helps....Page

Have a doctor check her for seizure activity. I have seizures when I get stressed and I blackout as well. As far the blowdryer, the electricity might be conflicting w/ her pacemaker. God Bless.

Does she have low blood sugar or is she having some sort of epiletic fit. it could also be a lack of oxygen. see your doctor get a blood sugar test , a lung xray , an ecg an mri. See your GP to arrange these tests and be sure to tell him or her exactly what she is experiencing. Best of luck.
